CAJ requires an Office and Finance Manager.
We are seeking to recruit an Office and Finance Manager, following the retirement of a long-standing post holder. CAJ currently has a staff team of seven and an annual turnover of approximately £400k. CAJ Ltd is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
The main duties of this post are to ensure that CAJ Ltd complies with all its statutory duties and obligations and the requirements of operational effectiveness in administrative, financial and personnel matters. Amongst other things, this will involve managing the office and participating with partner organisations in the management of the shared office building, all financial administration and record-keeping, including PAYE and the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and overseeing personnel matters including recruitment, volunteer management and personnel policies and procedures.
The post is full time (35 hours per week), with 30 days’ annual holiday plus statutory days, and is Belfast based. The salary scale is NJC Scale 6 Points 18 to 22 (£24,313 to £26,317 p.a.) plus 8% employer’s pension contribution.
