This role focuses on legal and policy work on the legacy of the Northern Ireland conflict, supporting CAJ’s objectives to combat impunity and safeguard the peace process. It includes legacy interventions, research, policy development, litigation support, and work on contemporary policing, justice, and the use of ‘emergency’ laws, as well as responding to inquiries.

CAJ accepts volunteer applications continuously throughout the year. All volunteers are offered onboarding training and supported by a line manager through their work. To find out more about volunteering at CAJ, visit the link below.
