Could rights based safeguards make Stormont functional?
A seminar exploring whether we could unlock sustainable governance through reforming the present structures of the NI Assembly and Executive in line with the rights-based safeguards intended under the Good Friday Agreement (GFA).
The seminar consists of two panels:
Panel 1: Vetoes or safeguards? An exploration of mechanisms.
Panel 2: Women’s rights and social transformation.
