Following on from our ‘PSNI@20’ conference in November 2021, CAJ and ICCL are holding a second joint conference on policing. We stand at a key juncture for advancing and sustaining policing reform North and South, and with this comes an opportunity for us to reflect on past successes, current challenges, and risks for the future around human rights and policing. During this full day seminar, we will hear from policy makers, academics, practitioners, and others with a direct involvement in police reform and oversight.
