More than one hundred individuals and delegates attended, representing a range of organisations in the legal, political and community spheres.
The five papers presented covered (1) Arrest & Interrogation, (2) Complaints Procedures, (3) Diplock Courts, (4) Prisons and (5) Joy riding and were each followed by a working party.
